Why it works. March 2012, reportedly around 4,500 dollars of production, and it crashed the company's servers on launch day with roughly 12,000 orders in the first 48 hours. The genius is that the swearing is not the strategy. The structure is. One continuous walk through the warehouse keeps your eyes busy while Dubin machine-guns the actual selling points: the blades are good, razors are overpriced because you are paying for celebrity endorsements and vibrating heads you do not need, and a dollar a month fixes it. Every gag is welded to an objection. The toddler shaving a man's head answers "is it easy to use". The machete answers "is it sharp". You laugh, but you also finish the video knowing the price, the offer and the enemy. Four years later Unilever paid a billion dollars for the company. The upload sits at 29 million views.
Steal this. Put the founder on camera, lead with your most confident claim in plain language, and attach every joke to a real objection. Comedy that does not sell is just content.
